Spit-Fire

With its 4” fully-vaned waterway, the Spit-Fire is efficient at high flows and offers a choice in manual controls. The dual hand-wheel style control delivers full 360° horizontal rotation with horizontal and vertical adjustable stop positions; while the tiller style control (aka the “Big Stick®”) conveniently controls both vertical and horizontal travel with one handle.

Stingray

Stingray® has flow-efficient 3” waterway that allow for flows up to 1250 GPM. All features designed to minimize maintenance needs, including: choice of corrosion-resistant brass or lightweight AGEA FIRE construction, fully enclosed gearcase with stainless steel worm, bronze balls in all swivel joints, and grease zerks for easy lubrication. Flexible installation options include numerous base options and a hydrant mounting choice.

Copperhead

The rugged, corrosion-resistant brass construction is ideal for use in refineries, chemical plants, off-shore installations, and for shipboard use. Industrial reliability/low maintenance features include: fully enclosed gearcase, brass balls in all swivel joints, and grease fittings for easy lubrication. This efficient design creates the most cost effective brass monitor in its flow class.

Python

Python® features a seamless brass 2½” waterway, delivering flows up to 1250 GPM. Flexible installation options include: extensive base options, two choices in manual controls, and a hydrant mounting option. Positive twist locks allow for both vertical and a horizontal movement.

Giant Python

Giant Python® has 2500 GPM flow capacity with a 3½” waterway and seamless tube construction. Its double hand-wheel control offers ease of operation and positive lock in any position. Giant Python® has #304 stainless steel construction, cast stainless swivel joints, stainless steel balls in all swivel joints, and hand-wheel driven worm gears. These construction features are designed to minimize maintenance needs.

HydroBlast™ Automated Remote Control Monitor System

The HydroBlast monitor is designed to provide the flexibility and reliability required for automatic mining vehicles and equipment washdown, aircraft wash and non-classified location fire suppression applications. Fully automated, remote controllable and configurable it is designed for frequent, repeated and multi-spray pattern applications. The HydroBlast is equipped with seal and bearing designs that provide ultimate protection against fine mining dust and water ingress to ensure durability.

Manual Elevated

Several monitor options available which can be riser mounted or utilized in a free standing environment. All manual elevated monitors are designed to have the horizontal and vertical movement controlled at ground level. Control options include: lever/tiller, chainwheel, and gear driven.

Portable Carts

Portable wheeled carts come furnished with a flow-efficient, built-in 4” manifold. The wheels feature pneumatic tires and wheel locks. The monitors have stop positions at 45° on either side of center and 25° above horizontal. View the full catalog section for cart specific highlights.

5000E & SM-10FE

This line of nozzles has been created for specific challenges such as water flow limitations and protection needs of wildland firefighting, dust abatement, de-icing, etc. The 5000E & SM-10FE can be used in conjunction with smaller monitors such as the Sidewinder®. They deliver constant flow — straight stream, narrow fog (30°) or wide fog (90°) — with spinning teeth. Either automatic or fixed-flow nozzle types are available.

R.A.N.

Elkhart’s R.A.N.™ is designed to operate at higher flows with lower pressure, in conjunction with the R.A.M. The R.A.N.’s integral stream shaper reduces weight and bulk. The 2 ½” constant flow nozzle with straight stream, narrow fog (30°) or wide fog (90°) also has quick turn capabilities to go from straight stream to full fog and is compatible with foam concentrate.

6000

The 6000 Series is a line of selectable flow, electrically actuated master stream nozzles featuring an ultra-wide flow range with a quick-turn, locking, flow selector ring. The electric actuators allow precise pattern control from straight stream to wide fog.

Although useful in many situations, the 6000 Series has been designed for optimal performance with the Sidewinder EXM.
